Artists–Join the Excitement and Success that is Art in the Sun!
Art in the Sun, in its 30th year in 2018, draws close to 15,000 visitors during the two-day weekend. Join the many artists who return each year to have a successful experience in southeast Michigan. Art in the Sun has the reputation of being one of the “nicest” art fairs in the midwest, as we take pride in taking care of our artists. From water deliveries to booth sitters to a free “Artists Brunch” on the last day, Art in the Sun is a great place to sell your work.
New for 2018 — we have a new location! Art in the Sun will take place in Millennium park, located minutes from downtown Northville on 6 Mile Road. This beautiful park is nestled in well-developed neighborhoods and directly across the street from Northville High School. Along with Art in the Sun and live music, Tapped in the Ville craft beer festival will be sharing the park with us on Saturday, bringing in a new audience to the fine art fair.
The overall Arts and Acts celebration includes the Art in the Sun Juried Fine Arts Festival, music from top Detroit-area acts throughout the weekend, the 6th annual Northville Art House Chalk Festival, a variety of gourmet Food Trucks, and children’s activities.

A picturesque Victorian town as a backdrop located halfway between Ann Arbor and Detroit.
Art in the Sun is a fundraiser for the Northville Art House, a non-profit community art center located in Downtown Northville. The mission of the Northville Art House is simple: we want to bring the best exhibits and art education to Northville and the surrounding communities.
