If you would like to be considered for events and festivals run by the Northville Art House, including Arts & Acts 2017, please send your product and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Photos of booth set up and menu would be greatly appreciated.
Booth space for the Arts and Acts festival is 10’x10′. Each 10’x10′ space is $375 and there are a limited number of double booth spaces for $650 available. This is a golden opportunity for you to showcase your talents and food products, and make a sizable profit. Every effort will be made to minimize duplicate products.
Please note that food vendors for Arts and Acts 2017 will be required to apply for a temporary food license and most food items will require a tent approved by the Wayne County Health Department. You will need to contact the Wayne County Health Department at 734-727-7400 to obtain your license. We also need a copy of your “Certificate of Liability Insurance” issued by your insurance agent showing the limits of coverage for 1) General Liability including Products Liability, 2) Automobile Liability, and 3) Workers Compensation and Employers’ Liability. The City of Northville and the Northville Arts Commission must be indicated as additional insured on the Certificate of Liability Insurance, and we must have a copy of your endorsement listing the City of Northville as additionally insured. The minimum General Liability coverage limits should be $1,000,000 for each occurence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. We will also require your to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. The Northville Fire Department will require you to have a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag: 30A40BC.
