First held in 1999, the exhibit features fine art created by young artists in the local community. The exhibit provides students an opportunity to display creative work in a public place that celebrates their work. The exhibit promotes the appreciation and importance of fine art in schools and aims to demonstrate to students the experience needed to work as art professionals or pursue post-secondary degrees in the fine arts.
Eligibility: All students at Northville High School in Grades 9 – 12 are eligible to participate in the exhibition.
Jurors: Northville Art House Exhibition Committee
Prizes: $100+ in cash awards and prizes awards for 1st Place: $50, 2nd Place: $25, 3rd Place: $10 and Honorable Mention Awards.
Entry fee: $4 for Grades 9 -12
Deadline: All entries MUST be submitted by Sunday, March 7, 11:59 PM EST. The online entry form may be printed and delivered with payment to the Northville Art House via mail or in-person.
Notification of Acceptance & Presentation: Artists will be notified by email on Friday, March 19
Exhibition Presentation: TBD on Zoom (Tentative: Wednesday, March 24, 7 – 8 pm)
