Volunteer to be a pART of the Young Artist Art Fair! Fair volunteers make the event possible by helping to promote and set-up the fair, check-in and assist the artists, provide information and receive admissions from the public, and much more.

The Fair is a great way to connect with artists, the community, and art lovers!

OPPORTUNITIES AT THE FAIR, Saturday, March 16, 9 pm – 4 pm

  • Youth Artist Table Set-up 
  • Booth Sitting
  • Information and Admission Tables
  • Welcome / Exit Greeter
  • Fair Take-down

Volunteers are welcome to sign-up for multiple shifts. Choose an assignment and sign-up for a time. Please note that flexibility is appreciated as it is sometimes necessary to make adjustments at the event.

Do you have interest in organizing an art fair? 

Be a part of our fun and energetic family, together we can create a great event! Opportunities at future fairs and events are available in the areas of:

  • Promotion of the Fair through social media (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Marketing of the Fair through print media (postcards and posters)
  • Building Sponsor & Donor Relationships
  • Organizing and cultivating the Art Activities and Live Entertainment
  • Assisting on the Day of the Event
