My Mom, My Hero

The Northville Art House and Orin Jewelers are partnering to present My Mom, My Hero, a Mother’s Day Art Contest. Students in grades K-5 from across Metro Detroit are invited to submit an artwork that celebrates why their mom is their hero.

Contest Guidelines:

• Artwork should illustrate why the artist’s mom is their hero.
• All artistic mediums are welcome, including painting, drawing, photography, and more.
• Artworks should not be larger than 8.5 x 11 inches in size
• Each artwork must be accompanied by this label. You can print one out at home, or we will have copies available at the Art House, as well
• All artworks must be delivered to the Northville Art House, in their original form, by 3:00 pm on Friday, April 26.

All artworks will be displayed at Orin Jewelers. Three artworks will be selected to receive prizes. The Grand Prize includes a $200 Orin Jewelers gift card and a FREE registration for any parent/child class at the Northville Art House. Two runners up will each receive a $100 Orin Jewelers Gift Card.
