About the Demo Artists

Linda T. Rimanelli Worful (LTRW Art) is a mixed-media artist whose work emerges from intuitive automatic writing and drawing. Inspired by received messages that are thoughtfully integrated into each design, she begins with a continuous ink line formed with eyes closed and develops it through layered color, metallic accents, and intentional embellishment. Her luminous compositions explore connection, inner light, and reflection, inviting viewers to engage with both visual energy and deeper meaning.

Theresa Black has been honing her watercolor skills since the fall of 2023. With a background in industrial design and a bachelor’s degree from the College for Creative Studies, she seamlessly blends her technical expertise with her passion for painting. Currently, she works from her studio, creating watercolors and customized pet portraits for clients around the world.

Paula Neys is an artist and surface pattern designer living near Detroit Michigan. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University and practiced as an Occupational Therapist for over 30 years. As her career wound down, her energies turned to expanding her art vocation. She recently studied with the Milan Art Institute, adding breadth, depth and diversity to her existing skills. Paula knows from her personal and professional experience that art and being creative connects us to ourselves, other living beings and to that which we don’t often even have the words to articulate.

Snehal Ambre is a mandala and mixed-media artist whose work is inspired by the vibrant rhythms of nature and the depth of human emotion. Growing up amid the rich, colorful landscapes of India’s west coast, Snehal has been drawn to creative expression since childhood, channeling her experiences into intricate patterns and intuitive designs. Her artwork invites viewers to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their inner world. Each piece functions as a visual meditation—evoking calm and introspection while remaining vivid, expressive, and full of life. Through her evolving practice, Snehal explores the relationship between color, pattern, and feeling, celebrating mindfulness, vibrancy, and inner beauty. The demo will focus on how to create mandala artwork—meaningful pieces designed to bring harmony, color, and emotional presence into your homes, yoga studios, or meditation spaces.

Miller is a Michigan-based artist who creates inspired art and original custom paintings, exploring the unique creative opportunities afforded by each medium or various media combinations. Mediums include oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, pen, and pencil. Subjects vary and range from landscapes, portraits, sports figures, pets, wildlife, floral, still life, seascapes, abstract, space, fantasy, and more.

Christopher’s demo will focus on his approach to drawing objects or bodies in motion.

People’s Choice Awards

This year, we are once again hosting the People’s Choice Awards where visitors “vote” for their favorite artwork(s). View the work and, where available, read the artist’s statements about their work, process and bios. Awards will be determined in three different categories.

  1. Awards determined by the Exhibition Committee
  2. Awards determined by visitors to the gallery (in person)
  3. Awards determined by visitors to the website (online)

Category 1 will be announced at the opening reception on Friday, April 17 at 6 pm, while Category 2 & 3 will be announced at the end of the exhibition online and by email on Sunday, May 17.
